Tabs Ltd (NZ) was formed in 2001. From its beginnings, Tabs NZ has quickly grown and currently has a wide section of the Telecommunications Industry as Business Partners. We offer in depth knowledge of all facets of the Industry with the 2 Directors having a combined experience of approximately 75 years.
The primary focus of Tabs NZ is to provide and support Telecommunications applications and products that enhance the traditional Voice and Data infrastructure. Our applications include a diverse range of technologies such as Call Accounting, Call Centre Reporting, Directories, Voip Gateways, Call Management and Voice Recording. Our solutions can be found in many of New Zealand's leading corporate companies.
Our commitment to our business partners and customers is echoed in our high levels of customer service. A communications infrastructure is critical to any business and as more companies engage in sophisticated systems, maintenance and service become vital.
Our policy is to source products and applications that we exclusively distribute in New Zealand and in some cases Australia and as such we ensure that our applications and products are 'best of breed'. Our business partners include MTS Telecommunications Management, Advatel, Audiocodes and Telstrat.
Our supported brands are available globally and in the case of our Call Accounting Application, TABS.iT, it has an installed base through 60 countries and some 60,000 sites. TABS.iT can be found in companies of all sizes and demographics - our largest implementation is in excess of 7,000 licenses while we have another customer whose system processes some 1.2 million calls per month
Tabs NZ has provided solutions into industry verticals including, finance / banking, health, education, local and central government and the service industry. Our business partners within New Zealand include Telecom NZ, Agile, IBM and Zintel Communications. Our client base comprises many of New Zealand's leading business organisations.
