Desktop productivity / management based on a directory infrastructure (split into Personal & Common). Communication to the PABX is via TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) thus allowing the telephone to be controlled from the application. Current interfaces are to the Nortel and Cisco environments however other interfaces to systems such as the Panasonic and Aria will be available after testing is completed.

PhoneEasy has been designed to enhance the productivity of phone users within the company. The intelligence is incorporated in the Windows application which then controls the Telephone system.

PhoneEasy IP console offers additional features such as 'Phone status' lamp field so that the user can view the status of others within the business.
