After recently installing a Call Accounting application, a customer informed us that they were now able to better understand which of their suppliers were easiest to deal with.
 
In this particular case the customer ran a report that identified the numbers dialled most frequently from their business. Nothing sinister was uncovered and the customer as expected identified the 5 companies that were their largest suppliers as those that were telephoned most frequently. However they were in reverse order, the number 5 supplier was called most frequently, while the largest supplier was at number 3. The manager further investigated why this trend was taking place and discovered that the number 5 supplier was most difficult to deal with. They are now able to identify areas that this supplier can provide improved service and therefore reduce some business cost (the valuable commodity of employees time)
